Best 27.5 Bikes and Gear for 2013
The new wheel size will be everywhere next year. Here are 10 of our favorite 27.5 products.
Ellsworth Epiphany 275
Tony Ellsworth created the Epiphany 275 with the same wheelbase, bottom-bracket height, seat angle and travel as the 26-inch version. He even matched the head angle to the fork offset so handling would be similar. Ellsworth claims a medium-size frame weighs just 5.3 pounds and it will retail for $2,695. Complete bikes with a X9 drivetrain will go for $4,695; XT bikes will run $5,695; and a
XTR Pro build will cost $7,495. The Epiphany 275 should be available in early January.
